Note 1.The above statement of financial results was taken on record
by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28.07.03
2.The financial results are based on the accounts drawn in
accordance with generally accepted accounting practices
consistently followed in compliance with the mandatory accounting
standards.
3.Provision for current and deferred taxation of Rs. 50.76 lacs
for the three month ended June,30,2003, has been made on an
estimated basis. The actual tax liability of the company will be
determined on the basis of taxable income of the company for the
year April,1,2003 to March,31,2004.
