Note
1- The above statement of financial results was taken on record by the Board
of Directors at its meeting held on 29.10.2003.
2- The financial results are based on the accounts drawn in accordance with
generally accepted accounting practices consistently followed in compliance with
the mandatory accounting stadards.
3- Provision for current and deffered taxation of Rs. 101.36 Lacs for the six
months ended September 30, 2003, has been made on an estimated basis. The actual
tax liability of the company will be determined at the year end on the basis of
taxable income of the company for the year April 1, 2003 to March 31, 2004.
